Introduction:

I had watched The Wizard of Oz many times; however, the last time I watched this movie, I reflected on Dorthy’s journey back home. I realized that the road to success is often filled with winding paths, failures, and triumphs. Starting a new journey can be intimidating and unfamiliar, much like Dorothy’s arrival in a strange land in The Wizard of Oz. She, too, experienced fear and uncertainty (and probably anxiety out of this world). However, in her moments of vulnerability, she listened to the small nuggets of guidance thrown her way. Glinda, the Good Witch, provided Dorothy with instructions, and though she didn’t know where they would lead her, it was up to Dorothy to follow them. This is a valuable lesson for those embarking on their journeys: even when afraid, pay attention to the wisdom and guidance that comes your way.

Small Beginnings and Setbacks:

It is essential not to despise small beginnings, as they are valuable learning experiences. Setbacks are inevitable on the road to success, and while not everyone desires them, they provide invaluable lessons. Sometimes, you may need to retrace your steps to continue moving forward, and it’s crucial to acknowledge this journey and the setbacks it entails. Frustration is natural but should serve as a reset…
